Where the money goes

Google Maps search finds each school's career center, phone numbers and websites. Claude reads the school pages to pull out names and emails, and labels replies. Instantly sends the emails, and Vercel plus the database run this dashboard. Usage costs grow with how many schools we process, and subscriptions stay flat.

Cost per contact found uses metered usage only. Cost per school reached uses usage plus subscriptions. Numbers come straight from each service's API calls, logged as they happen; subscription amounts are the ones saved in the engine settings.
