Universities

Your job: get universities to share our internship

Five steps. Every school that shares it with students is a win for the whole team.

1

Pick your name

Tap your name at the bottom left. Everything you do is saved under it.

2

Open Start here

It is the first item in the menu. Everything you need is on that one page.

3

Pick a school or press Give me the next one

Click any Available school in the list, or press Give me the next one to get the best-ranked free school. It becomes yours.

Available→Give me the next one→You have this school

Opening a school does not claim it. Your first call tick, Mark emailed or Claim does.

4

Call and email from the card

The card on the right has every number, every contact, the stage and the call script.

Dial→Tick Called ✓ on every number
Copy email→Send from your inbox→Mark emailed ✓
A green check or an Instantly badge means they were already emailed. Never email them twice.

After 5 days an amber Follow-up due badge appears. Copy the follow-up, send it, click Mark followed up.

When they reply, move the stage: Replied → Talking → Posted. Anyone asking for details gets the posting link from the card.

5

Hit Done

Done turns the school green and opens the next free school. Nobody else will work it.

What counts as a win

Posted means the school shared the internship with students. Posted and Partner are wins.

If they ask “Is this an MLM?”

Say thisNo. It is a structured internship. Interns do marketing and athlete outreach, follow weekly training, and report to a manager. There are no fees, nothing to buy, and no selling to friends. It is unpaid and for academic credit. I can send the full description so your team reviews it first.

Do

  • Say it is unpaid and for academic credit, every time.
  • Offer to send the full description first.
  • Be friendly and short. Thank them for their time.
  • Log every call and every email right away.
  • Ask who else handles internships and add them as a contact.

Don't

  • Never text staff on personal numbers.
  • Never promise pay, hours or hiring.
  • Never email someone with a green check or Instantly badge.
  • Never call a school someone else has claimed.
  • Never use the words recruit, ambassador or earn.
